7/5 Sweet and Savory Tarts (6.30-9pm)
I spent five years in Belgium and France eating and baking all sorts of delicious tarts! Join me as I share what I’ve learned: in this class you’ll get tips on how to work with tart dough and how to get a beautifully golden, tender crust. We'll make: Tender Tart Dough, Braised Leek and Goat Cheese Tart, Wild Mushroom Tart, Green Salad with Classic Shallot Vinaigrette, Strawberry-Rhubarb Galette. $55 CLASS FULL

Bring a slice of la Dolce Vita to your table with a rustic Italian feast. We'll make: Baked Ricotta with Chili and Oregano, Braised Pork with Sweet and Hot Peppers, Creamy Mascarpone Polenta, Pine Nut Cake with Stewed Apricots. $55 CLASS FULL

8/16 Moroccan Cooking: B'stilla (6.30-9pm)
Many of you have asked for a class featuring B'stilla, so here it is! Learn to make B'stilla, one of Morocco's most popular and impressive dishes, along with two warm-weather sides and a delicious traditional dessert. We'll make: Chicken B'stilla (sweet and savory chicken pastry), Roasted Eggplant with Honey, Mint and Goat Cheese, Fava Beans with Green Olive and Preserved Lemon, Date Truffles with Pistachio and Coconut, Moroccan Mint Tea. $55

Delicious local tomatoes are at their peak in late summer. Come get some fresh ideas for your tomato harvest or farmer’s market haul! In this class we’ll make: Heirloom Tomato Salad with Fresh Herbs and Sweet Onion, Provençale Tian (Tomato, Eggplant and Zucchini Gratin), Tomato and Green Bean Salad with Homemade Pesto, and Molly’s Little Corn Cakes with Tomato, Avocado and Bacon. $55
