"Well, the reviews from the critics are in, and the consensus is an overwhelming success! The chicken was amazing! My wife was absolutely in love with the brussel sprouts and, most surprising, my daughter could not get enough of the potatoes. ( And she NEVER eats potatoes. Amazing!) The salad vinegarette is making my mouth water as I type this, and the almond topping was a HUGE hit. To finish it off with the tart was perfect. ( It was completely eaten that night. ) The cooking class was a huge hit that I cannot thank you enough for."
