Passion.  First and foremost, we love to cook and we love to eat!  We get excited about tender spring asparagus, summer's first juicy ripe tomatoes, creamy local cheeses and the start of mushroom season.  And we thrive on the challenge of turning all these wonderful ingredients into a meal for you and your guests.  Time and care go into designing a seasonal menu to fit your needs, selecting fresh ingredients, cooking your meal and creating a beautiful presentation. 
Simple.  We believe good food should be fresh, seasonal, down-to-earth and delicious.  So our menus feature dishes that let the exceptional ingredients of the Pacific Northwest sing!  Have a look at our sample menus page to see what we're currently featuring.  We also think hosting an event should be as simple as possible.  Our staff will take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying yourself.  We can provide: delivery, servers, bartenders, on-site chefs, flowers and other decorations.  We're also happy to coordinate rentals for you.
Green.  We're a local, independent small business dedicated to sustainability.  Our produce is purchased primarily from local farmers markets, our bread from local bakeries and our meats from local organic farms.  We work hard to ensure that the majority of our ingredients are local and/or organic.  We're also vegetarian friendly.  We offer a variety of meat-free dishes and are happy to provide an inspired vegetarian menu for your event.
